By purchasing a large two bed Victorian ground floor flat at Auction, we secured this development below market value and with great potential. We moved the kitchen from the small room at the front of the flat and installed this in the oversized lounge to create a very fashionable open plan living space. We removed an ugly PVC door at the rear, replaced it with bespoke French doors that led directly to the garden. Along with installing an en-suite to the rear bedroom, new electrics and a new central heating system, we redecorated throughout the property and landscaped a new garden. We were then able to market a beautiful, three bedroom, two bathroom flat that offered an entertaining space to die for.
